On a Saturday in early November we invite 60 friends and family to help us harvest. In 2007 we had a great crew of 11 paid workers. In 2007 we arrived at the press in Hopland operated by Olivino at about 1:30pm on Sunday afternoon. They have a brand new three – stone press from Italy. In 2007 the 5330 pounds of olives yielded 93 gallons of olive oil. Olivino put our oil in 55 gal. food grade drums.
