We currently have 458 olive trees. The average age is 6 years and they will mature at 10 years. That means our harvest should continue to increase until about 2011. We have 8 varieties of Italian trees 5 are Tuscan and 3 are from nearby provinces of Italy. We have Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, Pendolino, Leche del Corno, Taggiasca, Casaliva and Coratina. We blend all the varieties together to get the unique taste of Terra Bella Vista Olive Oil.
